Terms and Conditions

The following Terms And Conditions apply to your stay at White Horse Motel.This property is privately owned and management reserves right to refuse service to anyone,and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Early Check-Out

The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee. An early departure fee is applicable to guests who check out prior to the agreed check-our date. The latest point at which the guest can change the departure date without incurring the cancellation charge is at the point of check-in

Linen & Damage Policy

Guests will be charged for the replacement cost of stained linens. Stain charges can be anywhere between $50 to $100 or the full replacement cost, as determined by the manager, depending on the extent and severity of the damage. If the full replacement cost is paid, the item is considered sold and the guest may remove the item from the property. Additional charges are applicable for any other additional cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning charges for stained walls, vomit, spills on carpet, and/or broken furniture and fittings. The exact charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge.

Late Check-Out

Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact Reception to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.

Guarantee Policy

A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking and a valid Credit Card must be presented at time of check in.

Identification

Upon arrival at your selected property Guests must provide valid Federal or State Government issued photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.

No-Shows / Failure to Cancel

Each rate booked at a White Horse Motel property is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the particular type of rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.

Payments by cash, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard – no charge.

Cancellation of rooms

A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required.

If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first nights of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 5 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 2.5 USD per booking will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) a charge of the first night will be taken and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Relocation

In the event of a situation whereby the Property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, for whatever reason, the Property will undertake to relocate guests into an alternative property within at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a property of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide guests with a property of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the guest. The alternatives offered are at the Property?s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, White Horse Motel shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Insurance

White Horse Motel strongly recommends you purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy include, but not limited to, the following coverage ? loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.
